- normal variant during first year of life
- usually resolves spontaneously
2. Posteromedial Bowing
- benign
- packaging defect
3. Anteromedial Bowing
- fibular hemimelia
4. Anterolateral Bowing
- tibial pseudoarthrosis
- tibial hemimelia
