Unacceptable position of radius post fracture
1. Radial Shortening > 4mm at DRUJ
2. Radial Inclination < 15°

2 groups
1. Elderly
- low velocity injury
- osteoporotic
- need to start bisphosphonates
2. Young patients
- high velocity injury
Distal Radius Angles
- radial volar tilt 11°
- radial inclination 22°
- radius is 11 mm longer than ulna
- ulna variance 2mm positive on average
Benign lesion with a wide spectrum of behavior characterized by stromal cells and giant cells
Common
- 20% of benign tumours
More common females
- F:M = 1.5:1
- most tumours M>F
Usually patient in 20's
- usually after skeletal maturity
- 3% < epiphyseal closure
