S. aureus most common
Management
Early Antibiotics and elevation
Usually requires incision and drainage
Incision
- lateral aspect of pulp
- unilateral longitudinal incision
- non-contact side of digit
- not too volar otherwise knocks out vessels
- must divide fibrous septa
